Delivery / Returns
Standard - £4 (2-3 working days) - Free on orders over £100
Express - £10 - Next working day delivery before 1pm. Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday - Free on orders over £200
Saturday Delivery - £12 - Delivery guaranteed before 1pm. Orders must be placed before 11am Friday to be delivered on Saturday.
UK Standard Shipping is sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Next Day Shipping is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Before 1pm. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Europe - Standard - £13 (3-7 working days) - Free on orders over £250
Outside Europe - Standard - £18 (5-12 working days) - Free on orders over £300
Rest of World - Standard - £23 (7-14 working days) - Free on orders over £350
International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery and will require a signature upon receipt.
Orders will be dispatched Monday- Friday excluding bank holidays.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY:
The complete satisfaction of our customers is of principal importance to us and we always endeavour to provide the best possible service. If for any reason you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you can return your order to us in it's original condition.
All purchases made on or after Friday 25th November can be returned for a full refund or exchange until Friday 6th January 2017. If you have any questions regarding returns, please don't hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different colour, size or product, simply email us at email@example.com and we will process your request.
Returns must be in the condition you received them - new, unworn, with tags attached and in all original packaging. Returns must be in a resalable condition so we advise you take care when unpacking and trying on your purchase. For hygiene reasons underwear bottoms and pierced jewellery are non-returnable.
1. Fill in the Return Code for your return(s) on the original printed invoice that you received with your order.
2. Pack your Order using all original packaging and including your original printed invoice. Please make sure to carefully secure your parcel - the contents are your responsibility until they reach us. If original packaging has been thrown away please use a suitable alternative.
3. U.K Returns are Free - Simply attach the prepaid returns sticker to your parcel and take to any post office. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and retaining until you have been credited for your return.

Please note that some couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If this is the case, simply email us for our full UK address.
4. Receive your Refund - We will send you an email within 24hrs of receiving your return. Your return will be inspected and processed within the following 1-2 days and once cleared the funds should reach your account within 4 days. Please be aware that original postage charges will not be refunded and all refunds will be sent to your original payment method.
